To control vegetation emerging from pavements, the community of York will be completing pavement crack and crevice herbicide applications.
Applications will be completed from April through October 15, 2024. A certified licensed contractor will complete the work. Target areas include roadside sidewalks, traffic islands, walkways and parking lots. The herbicides to be utilized will be Esplenade 200SC Herbicide and Reward Herbicide. An organic herbicide will also be used called Finalsan Herbicidal Soap.
