This multi-phased project includes water main and sewer main replacement, road, drainage, and sidewalk improvements. DPW is also adding a paved shoulder and sidewalk to improve the bicycle and pedestrian experience.
Water main and sewer replacement was completed for Phase Two from 71 Nubble Road to Dover Bluff. Road repairs and walkway construction are currently underway and are expected to be complete by June 2022. Phase Three from Dover Bluff to Second Ave will begin September 2023.
