Water main replacement was completed during the summer of 2023. DPW then removed/replaced failing road culverts, installed a new drainage system, and new road base for resurfacing by contractors from Libby Scott Paving.
New curbs and a new sidewalk were also part of this project and ran the entire length of Moulton Lane. This project is now considered substantially complete.
